A Blue Ribbon favorite!  A blend of sheep, goat and cow milk aged and cured to perfection.  Enjoy the sweet and pungent flavor of Gran Canaria with its fruity, nutty and intense flavor. 

Affinage:  Aged a minimum of two years and hand rubbed with olive oil.

Flavor Profile:  Fruity, nutty, intense with a sweet lingering finish.

Body:  Slightly crumbly texture.  Will melt well.
